How should I do to return an item?
The easiest way to return an item is in our store. The shoe has to be in perfect condition and with its corresponding ticket.
If you prefer to collect it at home, you can request a return home. After verifying all data, we send a carrier to pick up your package within 24 hours (wherever possible).
